Both have taken up their positions in July 2023 and will enrich the team of Höchsmann, the Executive Search & Management Advisory firm, with their many years of experience and expertise.

Ariane Beutner is an experienced executive coach and trainer who specializes in helping leaders and their teams develop their skills and achieve their goals. With her empathetic and goal-oriented approach, she has successfully supported numerous executives. At Höchsmann, she will use her expertise to help managers consciously use their individual strengths to build a sustainable and unique corporate or team culture and position themselves for the future.

Bodo Hartmann has an impressive career in executive search and management consulting. As a Senior Partner and Advisor at Höchsmann, he will use his extensive knowledge of the market and his network to find top-notch executives for companies who have the hard skills as well as the soft skills to lead successfully today and in the future. His strategic thinking and deep understanding of the requirements for leaders at different levels make him an asset to the firm.
