As an owner-managed and independent personnel consultancy, we stand for customised solutions in the areas of executive and board search, succession planning, management diagnostics and leadership coaching.<\/p>\n

We are proud of our long-standing membership and certification by the AESC (Association of Executive Search and Leadership Consultants)<\/a> – an international association that comprises only 5% of German recruitment consultancies and stands for the highest quality and ethical standards. 2000<\/span>Foundation and Early Milestones<\/strong>
\nThe success story of our company began with the founding of H\u00f6chsmann & Company KG by Michael H\u00f6chsmann and Dr. Gerhard Michael Eckert. From the very start, we set new standards in executive search consulting and became a certified member of the prestigious Association of Executive Search and Leadership Consultants (AESC) \u2013 a distinction awarded to only 5% of executive search firms in Germany.<\/div>\n
