Thomas Fink has more than 15 years of experience in human resources management, executive search, and leadership development. As an experienced HR consultant and certified business coach, he combines strategic advisory expertise with a deep understanding of people and organizations.
Before joining Höchsmann & Company, he worked as a Managing Partner at an international consulting firm, where he supported clients from the industrial, IT, and automotive sectors in filling leadership positions. In addition to executive search, his focus areas include talent and change management as well as the development of leaders and teams.
With his combination of technical training, international project experience, and a systemic coaching approach, he strengthens the connection between corporate strategy, leadership, and culture.
