What makes a good fit

You are, or are becoming, a self-employed entrepreneur. You work in a structured way, communicate as an equal, uphold high quality standards and are able to build trusted relationships with decision-makers.

For a collaboration to make sense, several years’ experience in Executive Search, Leadership Advisory, Professional Services, corporate consulting, management consulting, organisational consulting or another advice-intensive B2B environment are valuable.

Strong communication and business development skills are important, as are enjoyment of networking and market development, integrity, discretion and reliability, as well as the financial stability to run your own independent practice.
