We actively exchange ideas and support each other in every project phase. From analysing new assignments and the entire research and selection process to supporting our clients during onboarding.
All our IT systems are cloud-based and offer us maximum flexibility for global hybrid working.
Our offices in Düsseldorf (Oberkassel) and Frankfurt are easily accessible for employees, candidates and clients.

As a boutique, we not only work like a manufactory, but also with virtually no ‘off-limits’. This allows us to approach personalities in narrow industry environments and actively think outside the box.
Experienced personnel consultants can position themselves broadly within our organisation or specialise in certain sectors or functions.
Mass production, minimum turnover and the measurement of KPIs are not our main focus. Our focus is on quality, sustainable recruitment and building long-term relationships.
Further development into a partner and/or the establishment of a new location is conceivable.
Project managers with professional experience work closely with the respective recruitment consultant and the client as ‘co-pilots’. If desired, further development into the role of consultant is possible and will be actively supported.
