Since 1 August 2025, Robin Walczak has been part of the team at Höchsmann & Company – the boutique firm for Executive & Board Search, Succession Planning and Management Diagnostics. As a Consultant, his focus lies on filling leadership positions in the mid-market, family-owned businesses and international corporate groups.
Robin Walczak becomes Partner at Höchsmann & Company

He previously spent more than eight years in executive search – initially with two internationally leading consultancies, and most recently with a specialised boutique. During this time, he successfully filled more than 100 positions, ranging from team leaders to C-level executives.
His sector expertise covers mechanical and plant engineering, the automotive industry and its suppliers, automation, real estate, consulting and private equity.
At Höchsmann & Company, Robin Walczak will in particular take responsibility for mandates in transformation and succession situations. His deep understanding of complex corporate transformations and his strong analytical skills make him a valuable source of insight for our clients.
