In times of change every company and everybody needs a clear sense of direction, the courage to take reflected decisions and an instinct for the right moment. We all are compelled to react to changes in one or the other way – or even better: take foresightful action.

This thought in mind, Höchsmann & Company has met recent challenges by further expanding their team: we are pleased to announce that Ms Christine Bahn will complement the Management Team in Düsseldorf. Having extensive experience in our industry, she will set additional accents in our advisory work and address topics such as female leadership and generational change.

The New Year is a good opportunity to pause for a moment and to acknowledge the past year.
