Luca supports Höchsmann & Company as a working student, particularly in the areas of research and business development. He combines analytical thinking with a strong interest in international markets, companies and cultural contexts, and is committed to supporting the team in addressing complex questions. He especially values the insight his role provides into different industries, business models and corporate cultures.

His academic background is internationally oriented: following his school education in Germany and the United Kingdom, he completed a business-focused degree programme in an international environment. From September 2026, he will continue his academic path with a Master in Management in Madrid in order to further deepen his expertise in an international context.

Luca Amend gained his first practical experience in both Germany and Spain. With his fluent command of German, English and Spanish, his intercultural competence and his structured way of working, he brings particular value to the team in matters shaped by an international perspective.
