Robin Walczak has been a Partner at Höchsmann & Company since August 2025.

He advises medium-sized and family-owned businesses as well as internationally active corporate groups on filling first and second-tier leadership positions, with a particular focus on search mandates in disruptive market environments and change situations.

He brings over eight years of executive search experience from two international top-tier consultancies and a specialised boutique. During this time, he has successfully filled more than 100 positions across various functions and markets – ranging from team leaders to C-level executives. His sector expertise includes mechanical and plant engineering, the automotive industry and its supply chain, as well as consulting, real estate, and private equity. Clients value his clear judgement of individuals and his intuitive sense for fit and potential.

Robin Walczak began his career in various research and project management roles, including as Head of Research at a leading executive search firm. Most recently, he was responsible at a specialised boutique for filling C-level and director roles in the private equity environment.

He studied economic sociology and holds a master’s degree in digital business Strategy. He lives in the Frankfurt metropolitan area.
