Ms Cebula studied Chinese, Indonesian, Linguistics and Economics at the University of Bonn.

After five years as Project Manager at a ‚Senior Experten Service‘ she was responsible for the business development and delivery of short-term projects for retired individuals‚ specialists‘ and executives in the People’s Republic of China, and in 1998 she started in HR consulting.

After stints at well-known executive search boutiques in Düsseldorf, she moved to Höchsmann & Company in 2009 first as a Senior Consultant and later as a Partner.

Mrs. Cebula is married and mother of 2 daughters.
