Ariane Beutner holds a degree in business administration (with a focus on hotel management) and has numerous additional qualifications in coaching and training.

She started her career in the automotive industry and became a Human Resources Manager at the age of 25 with only two years of professional experience. In her role as HR Manager, she mentored many young engineers and technicians on their way to leadership positions. Most recently, she worked as a manager in a consumer goods company, specializing in talent management and sales.

After becoming a mother in 2021, she decided to follow her calling as a coach and trainer. Since then, she has supported numerous leaders and teams from various industries in developing effective collaboration. Ariane Beutner supports Höchsmann & Company in the area of executive coaching and training with a focus on leadership, team and cultural development.
