Dr Vladimir Donskoi supports Höchsmann & Company in the areas of executive coaching and strategic leadership advisory. He advises senior leaders, entrepreneurs and organisations in demanding situations involving change, crisis and complex decision-making.

Since 2005, he has advised more than 1,000 executives, managers and founders across a wide range of sectors. His experience includes SMEs and family-owned businesses, as well as banking and financial services, professional services, the automotive industry, telecommunications, and technology companies.

Dr Donskoi combines academic rigour with first-hand entrepreneurial and operational leadership experience. As Managing Director of a data analytics company, he held overall responsibility for the business and its financial performance, steering the company through a challenging period in the market. He is also the founder of an AI-powered analytics start-up.

His doctoral research at the University of Oxford examined how senior political leaders make decisions during international crises. Prior to this, he studied at Goethe University Frankfurt and completed a DAAD fellowship at Harvard University.

Dr Donskoi lives in Frankfurt am Main and advises clients in German, English and Russian.
