After completing her studies in business psychology and human resource management, Kerstin began her career as an HR manager in a medium-sized company.

She later transitioned to a role in management consulting. In her professional career, Kerstin has assessed over 350 talents, managers, and professionals, and has been instrumental in the development and implementation of HR projects in small to large companies, including those listed on the DAX stock market index.

Her academic background enables her to look at challenges from both a business and a psychological perspective.

As a certified systemic coach and change management specialist, Kerstin brings a multifaceted approach to her work. Additionally, she is fluent in both German and English.

In order to be able to make objective and accurate statements about whether candidates are a good fit for you, your team, the corporate culture and the requirements, she uses the scientifically valid personality methods of HOGAN Assessments (HPI, HDS, MVPI).
