Ulrike complements the Höchsmann & Company team with her expertise in executive search in the areas of project management, business development and personnel consulting.

She acts as co-pilot to the managing director in the search and selection of management personalities, primarily for medium-sized industrial companies, family-owned companies and smaller groups.

She has many years of experience and learnt the business of personnel consulting from scratch at an international consulting firm. At a consultancy specialising in the recruitment of female executives, she was responsible for the acquisition of new customers and customer relationship management.

Before discovering recruitment consultancy, she worked in various sales and marketing roles. Ulrike is a trained dressmaker and wholesale and export merchant.

She is married, has two grown-up children and lives in the Düsseldorf area.
