Thorsten Amend-Schnaar primarily supports medium-sized companies, family-owned companies and international corporations in filling key positions, succession planning and the onboarding support of new job holders.

His focus is on management and executive positions as well as advisory & supervisory boards. He provides executive search and leadership consulting across various business sectors since 2013 and joined Höchsmann & Company in January 2021 as Executive Partner and shareholder.

As Advisor and coach, Thorsten accompanies managing directors, executives and other individuals in phases of change and reorientation, in change processes, in reflection and decision-making as well as in conflict situations and burnout prevention.

Prior to executive search, he held various management and c-level positions in the travel, hospitality and aviation industry in Germany and Spain.

Thorsten has a degree in Business Administration and Tourism Management from Leuphana Lüneburg University.

He is a trained and certified business coach, he is married and has four children.
